This petition is for Probate of last Will and Testament of deceased filed by petitioner namely Hetal Jain being sole Executrix named under the Will of deceased. The deceased namely Mayank Tusharchand Jain died at Mumbai on 27.10.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is annexed to the petition.

2. The deceased left behind his last Will and Testament which was duly executed at Delhi on 10.01.2021. The said Will is in English language. The Para No. 4 of the Will refers to the appointment of Executrix. Only one Executrix appointed under the Will who is petitioner herein.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow and one minor daughter. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and the petitioner being mother and natural guardian of the minor daughter of deceased has filed consent Affidavit dated 05.04.2025 on her behalf. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

4. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of the Attesting Witness to the Will is not filed. Affidavit of Service of General Citation dated 23.06.2025 is filed.

5. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file praecipe to place on board as and when the matter is completely ready for final grant.
