26. TP/2206/2025 WITH WILL/876/2025 Ms. Neha Thirani a/w. Ms. Yashasvi Kanodia i/by Khaitan & Co., Advocate for Petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Probate of last Will and Testament of deceased filed by petitioner namely Padma Gopal Vazirani being the Executrix named under the Will of deceased. The deceased namely late Shri Gopal Assanmal Vazirani, died at Mumbai on 17.03.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Copy of AADHAR Card is annexed for the identification purpose.

2. The deceased left behind him last Will and Testament which was duly executed at Mumbai, on 26.10.2023. The said Will is in English language. The Para No. 5 of the Will refers to the appointment of two Executors out of them one is Petitioner herein and another Executor Ms. Punya Nagpal has reserved her rights in affidavit dated 17.01.2025

3. As per para 17 of the Petition the parents predeceased the deceased and deceased is survive by widow, one son and one daughter. Widow is the Petitioner herein. The daughter and son have given their consent affidavit in favour of the Petitioner herein.

4. The affidavit of attesting witnesses (1) Shri Haigreve Khaitan (2) Smt. Aditi Mukundan, both are dated 17.01.2025. The affidavit of general citation is filed and it is dated 26.06.2025.
