This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Sandeep Zunjar Bhonsale being son of deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Zunjar Purushottam Bhonsale died intestate at Mumbai on 25.11.2001. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election Card is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Manorama Zunjar Bhonsale died intestate at Mumbai on 12.04.2006. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased Nos. 1 and 2 are husband and wife and they were survived by one son who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 24.06.2025 is filed. As sole surviving legal heir of the deceased is petitioner before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
