This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Veena Jayram Shetty being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Jayram Nagappa Shetty died intestate at Mumbai on 14.11.2018. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died issue-less. Deceased was survived by widow who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 25.08.2025 is filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
