While preparing the draft it is noticed that in line No. 3 of the paragraph No. 5 of the order dated 15.12.2025, words "photo Copy of" are omitted, as the Original Will is not produced by the petitioner. Hence, these words are added in the said place. Now the said line to be read as "The Photo copy of the Will is handed over separately for being filed and kept in a safe place in the office of the Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Bombay."

Accordingly, the said correction is carried out in the order. Corrected order to be uploaded in the CIS. Rest order stands as it is. 3.
