1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 24.07.2025 and seeks permission to amend the date of death of the deceased no. 1 in para no. 1 of the petition. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed. Petitioner to carry out an amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. Re-verification is dispensed with. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner to initial the amendment.

2. Furthermore, Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that in order dated 18.07.2025, date of death of the deceased no. 2 is written as 17.01.2024 instead of 21.01.2024. Hence, same may be corrected.

3. Hence, in order dated 18.07.2025 date of death of the deceased no. 2 is corrected and read as "21.01.2024" instead of 17.01.2025.

3. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 18.07.2025 will remain as it is.

4. Removed from the board.
