This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Tryambak Annaji Thool being father of deceased. Deceased namely Akshay Tryambak Thool died intestate at Mumbai on 01.12.2020. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased died as bachelor. Mother of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by father and one brother. Out of them father is petitioner herein and brother has given his consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 07.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 14.07.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
