TP/2296/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Anchal Singh i/b. Sandhya Yadav, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Kiran Ananda Mane being son of deceased. Deceased namely Ananda Bhiwaji Mane died intestate at Mumbai on 13.12.2009. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Son of deceased died on 26.10.2018 leaving behind his widow. Details of children of Anil not stated in the petition. One daughter of deceased namely Suman died leaving behind one son. Deceased was survived by three daughters, two sons, one daughter-in-law and one grandson. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 10.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 08.07.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.
