1. Perused amended Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Kiran Ananda Mane being son of deceased. Deceased namely Ananda Bhiwaji Mane died intestate at Mumbai on 13.12.2009. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Son of deceased namely Anil died on 26.10.2018 leaving behind his widow and one son. One daughter of deceased namely Suman died leaving behind one son. Deceased was survived by three daughters, two sons, one daughter-in-law and two grandsons. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 10.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 08.07.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
