This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Radhika Dave being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Amal Dave died intestate at Hyderabad on 12.03.2002. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. After the death of deceased, Widow of deceased re-married. Deceased was survived by two daughters. Out of them one daughter is petitioner herein and the another daughter and widow have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 01.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 11.09.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
