This petition is for Probate of last Will and Testament of deceased filed by petitioner namely Ripusudan Satishchandra Mehra and Deepak Satishchandra Mehra being Executors named under the Will of deceased. The deceased namely Chandrakiran Satishchandra Mehra died at Mumbai on 11.05.2005. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election Card is annexed to the petition.

2. The deceased left behind her last Will and Testament which was duly executed at Mumbai on 01.03.2004. The said Will is in English language. The Page No. 4 of the Will refers to the appointment of Executors. Only three Executors appointed under the Will. Petitioner are executors and remaining executor namely Satishchandra Mehra died on 25.10.2010 as per para No. 5 of the petition.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Husband of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by two sons and one daughter. Out of them two sons are petitioners herein and the daughter has given her consent in favour of the petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

4. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Hitesh Bhutta dated 07.04.2025 one of the Attesting Witness to the Will is filed. Affidavit of Service of General Citation dated 26.06.2025 is filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

5. Office to issue Probate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any caveat is filed.
