Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that Pamela Gale Malhotra widow of the deceased since deceased to the deceased on 17.04.2024 died tested. As per the said Will petitioner is an executor therefore, petitioner has obtained Probate by filling necessary petition having no. 2284/2025. Hence, petitioner to carryout necessary amendment suitable to his capacity to apply for the Letters of Administration for the present petition as per Section 211 and 213 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925. Hence, adjourned.
