1. Read order dated 16.06.2025, Ld. advocate for the petitioner submits that verification to the proposed amendment to be dispensed with. He submits that he will file either death certificate of the parents or file the affidavit of the petitioner confirming the proposed amendment, as the case may be. Hence, it would be proper to dispensed with the verification on the condition that upon filing an additional affidavit by the petitioner, confirming the proposed amendment or upon filing the death certificate of the parents of the deceased, the re-verification, if any, stands dispensed with. However, Ld. advocate for the petitioner to initial the amendment. Time to carry out an amendment will run from the date of uploading this order.
