TP/2352/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Ranjan Dwivedy, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Ravinderpalsingh Dalipsingh Khalsa being grandson of deceased. Deceased namely Hazurasingh Giansingh Khalsa died intestate at Mumbai on 09.02.1995. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 28.02.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. One daughter of deceased namely Nirmala died on 18.09.2024 leaving behind two sons. Deceased was survived by two grandsons. Out of them one grandson petitioner is herein and another grandson has given his consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 18.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 24.07.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
