TP/2352/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Ranjan Dwivedy, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. After the order for grant was issued on 04.10.2025, thereafter, the office has traced the cross petition being TP No. 1942 of 2024. The said TP No. 1924 of 2024 was filed for Succession Certificate in respect of the certain securities belonging to Hazurasing Giansingh Khalsa and it was filed by daughter of deceased namely Nirmala Dalipsingh Khalsa and grant was issued to the petitioner.

2. The present petition is filed for the Succession Certificate in respect of securities belonging to Hzurasingh Giansingh Khalsa by the grandson of deceased namely Ravinderpal Dalipsingh Khalsa. As per present petition, the daughter of deceased namely Nirmala Dalipsingh Khalsa died on 18.09.2024 and petitioner is son of said Nirmala Khalsa. Securities mentioned in both the petitions are same and identical.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner states that the said Nirmala Khalsa died without administering the properties of deceased. Ld. Advocate for petitioner undertakes to surrender the grant issued in the petition No. 1942 of 2024 in this Registry. The said undertaking is accepted.

4. Upon surrendering the grant in TP No. 1942 of 2024, office not to treat the said petition as cross petition and proceed to issue grant as per order dated 06.10.2025.
