TP/2378/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Dhara Sangani, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Manhar Manilal Mehta being son of deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Godavari Manilal Mehta died intestate at Mumbai on 27.12.2006. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Manilal Jamnadas Mehta died intestate at Mumbai on 27.08.1977. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 28.03.2025 for dispensation of identification proof of deceased Nos. 1 and 2. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Ld. Advocate for petitioner states that both the deceased were husband and wife. Deceased had three sons. One son of deceased namely Rajnikant died leaving behind one son. Another son of deceased namely Vinod died leaving behind his widow and died issue-less. Deceased was survived by one son, one daughter-in-law and one grandson. Out of them son petitioner herein and the daughter-in-law and grandson have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 09.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 03.07.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
