This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Suresh Somchand Shah being son of deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Vidya Somchand Shah died intestate at Mumbai on 08.03.2005. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Somchand Madhavlal Shah died intestate at Mumbai on 04.09.1967. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 28.02.2025 for dispensation of identification proof of deceased Nos. 1 and 2.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of both the deceased predeceased the deceased. Ld. Advocate for petitioner states that both the deceased husband and wife. Both the deceased was survived by four sons. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and other three sons have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 16.07.2025 is filed. Administration Bond is not filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.

4. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file praecipe to place on board as and when all compliance is done in this matter.
