TP/2392/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Neelam Uttamsingh, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Jawahar Bhojraj Lalla being son of deceased. Deceased No.1 namely Balram N Lalla died intestate at Mumbai on 18.09.1994. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 08.04.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted. Deceased No. 2 namely Hansarani B. Lalla died intestate at Mumbai on 09.06.2021. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased Nos. 1 and 2 are husband and wife. Parents of deceased No. 1 predeceased the deceased. Deceased Nos. 1 and 2 were survived by two sons and one daughter. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and the another son and daughter have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 09.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 30.06.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
