TP/2404/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Hariya Nitin Raichand i/b. Pravin Kadam, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Prakash Hemangini Chhaya being grandson of deceased. Deceased namely Pradyuman Shyamrai Mehta died intestate at Navi Mumbai on 11.01.2014. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Two sons of deceased namely Nilayam and Mandip died as bachelors. One daughter of deceased namely Hemangini died leaving behind one son. Deceased was survived by one grandson who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 05.07.2025 is filed. As petitioner is sole surviving legal heir of the deceased before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
