This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Asawari Sawant being sister of deceased. Deceased namely Seema Nandkumar Desai died intestate at U.S.A. on 02.04.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that the marriage of deceased and Dr. Matte Marianna Samuel is dissolved by decree of divorce dated 22.03.2010 passed by the Family Court, Mumbai. Deceased died issue-less. Parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by two sisters. Out of them one sister is petitioner herein and another sister has given her consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 02.07.2025 is filed. Administration Bond is not filed.

4. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file praecipe to place on board as and when the matter is ready for final grant.
