TP/2444/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Pariket Shah i/b. Sneha Vani, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Bimal Mohanlal Randeria being grandson of deceased. Deceased namely Jekisondas Maganlal Randeria died intestate at Surat on 09.09.1966. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 03.02.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of deceased since deceased the deceased. Son of deceased namely Gamanlal Randeria died issue-less and his wife also died. Deceased was survived by three daughters-in-laws, four grandsons and two granddaughters. Out of them one grandson is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 16.09.2025 and Administration Bond dated 23.09.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.

4. As per para No. 11 of the petition, the one son of deceased namely Gamanlal had applied for Succession Certificate being TP No. 849 of 1984 and same was issued on 15.04.1985. However, he had died without administering the some of shares of deceased hence, petitioner has now found some of the shares which are in the name of deceased therefore, the present petition is filed. In view of this, office not to treat TP No. 849 of 1984 is cross petition. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
