TP/2477/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Madhuri Gaikwad, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Yezdi Kekhasru Bhagwagar being son of deceased. Deceased namely Kekhasru Kavasji Bhagwagar died intestate at Mumbai on 29.05.2014. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Widow of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by three sons. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and both the sons have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 07.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 01.08.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
