This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by four petitioners namely Supriyo Sengupta S/o. Late Soumyendra Nath Sengupta (being Nephew of the deceased), Neelanjana Majumdar D/o. Late Soumendra Nath Sengupta (being Niece of the deceased), Sreeya Ghosh D/o. Subrata Bose (being Daughter-in-law of the deceased) and Sanjit Das Gupta S/o. Anuj Dasgupta (being Nephew of the deceased). Deceased namely Nirmal Kumar Sen S/o. Late Girish Chandra Sen, said to be died intestate at Kolkata on 26.05.2007. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". As petitioner filed the Affidavit dated 16.04.2025 for dispensation of the identification proof of the deceased, which is annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Sister of the deceased Ila Ghosh expired on 18.07.2021. Deceased died as bachelor. Another sister namely Indira Sen Gupta expired on 08.06.2007. In para no. 4 of the petition relations with deceased not mentioned properly. Advocate to carry out correction in para 4 of the petition.
