This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Supriyo Sengupta s/o. late Soumyendra Nath Sengupta, Neelanjana Majumdar d/o. Late Soumendra Nath Sengupta, Sreeya Ghosh d/o. Subrata Bose and Sanjit Das Gupta s/o. Anuj Dasgupta, who is widow of deceased. Deceased namely Nirmal Kumar Sen s/o. Late Girish Chandra Sen, said to be died intestate at Kolkata on 26.05.2007. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 16.04.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died as bachelor. Sister of the deceased Ila Ghosh expired on 18.07.2021 leaving behind one son namely Sabial who also died on 20.10.2006 leaving behind his widow and his children not mentioned in the petition. Another sister namely Indira Sen Gupta died on 08.06.2007 leaving behind his son namely Supriyo and one daughter namely Neelanjana. Third sister of deceased namely Krishna died on 05.11.2011 leaving behind one son namely Sanjit. Deceased was survived by two nephews, one niece and one daughter-in-law who all are petitioners herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 04.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 11.07.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.

4. Mr. Vinayak Palande, Advocate for petitioner to produce the surety Mr. Rutik Shivaji Sawant, to the Administration Bond with the relevant documents in support of the said grant on the next date as he has given the surety for the amount of Rs. 7,90,50,000/-. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file praecipe to place on board as and when the matter is completely ready for final grant.
