This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Lavina Kishin Teckchandani, who is Niece of deceased. Deceased namely Kanayo Parsram Teckchandani said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 18.10.2014 Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased died as a bachelor. Parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. One brother Kishin Parsram Teckchandani died on 18.11.2014, leaving behind one son and one daughter. Sister of the deceased Rani Parsram Teckchandani predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by three sisters and one nephew and one niece. The niece is the petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of the petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 03.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 08.07.2025 are filed separately through e-filing. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed.
