This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Anju Ramjeevan Yadav being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Ramjeevan Babulal Yadav died intestate at Mumbai on 21.11.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow, one minor son and one minor daughter. Out of them widow is petitioner herein. Petitioner being mother and natural guardian of minor son and minor daughter has filed consent Affidavits on their behalf. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 04.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 26.06.2025 are filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
