TP/2507/2025 Mr. Jyoti Badgujar a/w Adv. Sanaa Varhadi i/b. Lakdawala and Company, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Meena Parmanand Pancholi, who is Widow of deceased. Deceased namely Parmanand Rambhai Pancholi said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 25.02.2015. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was married twice in his lifetime. Deceased had two sons from his first wife. On demise of the first wife deceased remarried. Deceased died issue-less from second wife. Therefore, deceased was survived by widow (Second wife) and two sons. The widow is petitioner herein and the two sons have given their consent in favour of the petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 03.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 24.06.2025 are filed separately through e-filing. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed.
