This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Manisha Mahendra Ghate being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Mahendra Ramesh Ghate died intestate at Mumbai on 10.10.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceaed the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow and one daughter. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 04.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 26.06.2025 are filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
