1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Baidya Nath Lahiri son of Gora Chand Lahiri, who is Uncle of deceased. Deceased namely Rangan Lahiri son of Rathindra Nath Lahiri, said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 25.02.1998. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 10.03.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of the deceased is filed.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that decease died as bachelor. father of deceased predeceased the deceased and mother since deceased the deceased. Father of the deceased had only one brother, who is petitioner herein. Therefore, petitioner is sole-surviving legal heir of the deceased. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 01.07.2025. Petitioner is sole-surviving legal heir hence, Administration Bond not required. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
