1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Kamlesh Jaysukhlal Daftary, who is Son of deceased. Deceased namely Hasumati Jaysukhalal Daftary, said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 30.07.2020. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "B".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by only one son, who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 03.07.2025 is filed separately through e-filing. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
