This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Prajesh Ramesh Shah being son of deceased. Deceased namely Shardaben Rameshbhai Shah died intestate at Mumbai on 31.08.1983. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 15.04.2025 for dispensation of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by two sons. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and another son has given his consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 03.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 28.06.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.

4. However, statutory period of service of citation is not yet completed hence, matter is adjourned till 28.07.2025.
