This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Anish Arunkumar Doshi being son of deceased. Deceased namely Arunkumar Ratilal Doshi died intestate at Mumbai on 08.09.2021. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one son and one daughter. Out of them son is petitioner herein and the daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 05.07.2025 is filed. Administration Bond dated 07.07.2025 is filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
