Heard petitioner and he submits that citation was collected. However, same is misplaced. He seeks extension of the time for issuance of citation, vide an earlier order passed in the petition. Considering the submission, the time to issue citation, vide a referred order, stands extended by 02 weeks, from the date of uploading this order, on same terms and condition, which are referred in the said order. Before issuance of the citation, the Office to verify that citation is not issued herein before, in the matter and sent to the office of the Sheriff of this Court and no process fee is due from the petitioner. 2.
