This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Ashwin Bhojraj Patel being son of deceased. Deceased namely Nathiben Bhojraj Patel died intestate at Mumbai on 17.08.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of husband and husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. One son of deceased namely Harish died leaving behind his widow, two sons and one daughter. Deceased was survived by two sons, two daughters, one daughter-in-law, one granddaughter and two grandsons. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 13.08.2025 is filed. Administration Bond is not filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.

4. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file praecipe to place on board as and when the matter is completely ready for final grant.
