This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Namita Sunil Vaidya being granddaughter of deceased No. 1 and daughter of deceased No. 2 of deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Sahadeo Krishnaji Acharekar died intestate at Mumbai on 06.08.2013. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Sonali Sunil Vaidya died intestate at Mumbai on 23.05.2002. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pan Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one daughter, one granddaughter and one grandsons. Out of them granddaughter is petitioner herein and the daughter and grandson have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 03.07.2025 is filed. Administration Bond dated 11.08.2025 is filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
