In the order dated 01.08.2025, in paragraph No.7, capacity of the petitioner no. 2 is remained to be mentioned. Hence, reference and capacity of the petitioners stands corrected as under, - " Ld. Advocate for the petitioners submitted that in view of provisions of the Indian Succession Act, 1925, the petitioner No. 1, being brother's wife of the deceased, and the petitioner No. 2 and 3, being nieces of the deceased, are entitled to seek letters of administration".

Accordingly, the said mistake is corrected in the original order.

It is made clear that rest of the order dated 01.08.2025 will remain as it is. Corrected order to be uploaded in the CIS.
