TP/2598/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Siddharth Desai i/b. Darshana Sapkal, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Rajan Padmakar Kale being brother of deceased. Deceased namely Tejas Padmakar Kale died intestate at Mumbai on 30.05.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died as bachelor. Deceased was survived by one brother and one sister. Out of them brother is petitioner herein and sister has given her consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 03.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 03.07.2025 are filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
