TP/2600/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Vaibhav Parab, Advocate for petitioners PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioners. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Laxmi Subhash Bhatade, Ashwini Ankush Manchekar and Ankita Bhikaji Rokde being married daughters of deceased. Deceased namely Gopal Bendu Ghatakar died intestate at Mumbai on 01.09.2018. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by three daughters who all are petitioners herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 03.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 23.04.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
