The petition is filed for the grant of Letters of Administration in respect of the properties and Credits of Vimal Vijay Tavhare (for short 'the deceased'). The deceased died on 07/01/2024.

The petitioner, namely Kavita Umesh Tavhare, being the widow of the predeceased son of the deceased, namely Umesh Vijay Tavhare, who is predeceased the deceased on 28/08/2017, could not claim an inheritance of the deceased vide Sec.15(1)(a) of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956 read with Sec. 218 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925. Hence, the petitioner to take steps according to Law. 3.
