Heard Mr. Jathar, learned Advocate for Petitioner. 3.

The requisition raised by Department on 20.06.2025 with respect to locus of Petitioner in filing the Petition stands dispensed with in view of the fact that appended to the present Petition are consents of all legal heirs appended at page Nos.19 to 38. 4.

Present Testamentary Petition is filed by Petitioner for issuance of Letters of Administration under Section 278 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 in respect of the properties and credits of deceased Vimal Vijay Tavhare. The names and details of legal heirs of the deceased are stated in paragraph No.4 of the Petition. I have perused the same.

Consent Affidavits dated 04.04.2025 mentioned in paragraph No.4 are appended at page Nos.19 to 38. 6.

In view of the above, there can be no impediment in allowing the Petition. Testamentary Petition is allowed and disposed of in terms of un-numbered prayer which reads thus:- "The Petitioner therefore prays that Letters of Administration may be granted to her having effect throughout the state of Maharashtra".

Department is directed to issue the Letters of Administration as directed above within a period of 3 weeks from today positively. 8.

Testamentary Petition is allowed and disposed subject to compliance of office objections, if any, forthwith which shall be allowed by the Department.

Praecipe is disposed.
