1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Shailaja Yamusani wife of Venkateshwarlu, who is Daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Linga Rama Badraiah, said to be died intestate at Hyderabad on 30.01.2002. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 23.02.2026 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased which is separately uploaded on the official portal of the Bombay High Court. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of the deceased expired on 25.12.2015. Deceased is survived by only one daughter, who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 05.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 29.11.2025 are filed separately through e-filing. Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
