1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Mohanlal Tarachnd Bahl, who is Husband of deceased. Deceased namely Shashi Mohanlal Bahl, who said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 20.11.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "B".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that Deceased was survived by Husband, two married daughters and one son. Out of them Husband is petitioner and all legal heirs have given their consents. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 19.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 29.07.2025 are filed separately through e-filing. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
