This petition is for Probate of last Will and Testament of deceased filed by petitioner namely Azrabano Tauqeer Ahmad being sole Executrix named under the Will of deceased. The deceased namely Daphline Joquim Dcosta died at Mumbai on 30.11.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pan Card is annexed to the petition.

2. The deceased left behind her last Will and Testament which was duly executed at Mumbai on 12.10.2023. The said Will is in English language. The Para No. 2 of the Will refers to the appointment of Executrix. Only one Executor appointed under the Will who is petitioner herein.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died issue-less. Details of class II and other legal heirs of deceased are not mentioned in the petition and also not filed the Affidavit of Service of Publication through newspaper.

4. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Ansari Mohd Rashi dated 16.05.2025 one of the Attesting Witness to the Will is filed. Affidavit of Service of General Citation dated 16.07.2025 is filed.

5. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file praecipe to place on board as and when the matter is completely ready for final grant.
