TP/2673/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Kaustubh Raut i/b. Amit D. Nikam, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Digambar Dagadu Rahatwal being son of deceased. Deceased namely Dagadu Ramji Rahatwal died intestate at Raigad on 10.02.2022. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by his widow and three sons. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and two sons and widow have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 08.08.2025 and Administration Bond dated 01.08.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
