This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Shaheen Rafik Khokar being married daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Sharifabi Ibrahim Shaikh died intestate at Mumbai on 24.05.2020. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents, grandparents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by two sons and two daughters. Out of them one daughter is petitioner herein and remaining daughter and two sons have given their joint consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 03.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 14.07.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.

4. However, statutory period of service of citation is not yet completed hence, matter is adjourned till 28.07.2025.
