TP/2692/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Nilam Mehta, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Deepali Vijay Pathare being married daughter of deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Yeshwant Damodar Desai died intestate at Mumbai on 01.05.2009. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased No. 1 viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Sharayu Yeshwant Desai died intestate at Mumbai on 07.07.2013. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased No. 2 viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased Nos. 1 and 2 were husband and wife. Parents of both the deceased predeceased the deceased. Both the deceased were survived by two sons and one daughter. Out of them daughter is petitioner herein and both the sons have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 03.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 02.07.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
