1. The Petitioner is filed for grant of Letters of Administration in respect of the properties left by the deceased, namely Hira Jitendra Goradia. The petitioners, namely Hina Jawahar Desai, Parul Vinod Mehta Parul Vinod Mehta (Nos. 1 to 3), are daughters of the deceased. The petitioner No.4, namely Parul Vinod Mehta, is the constituted attorney of Lopa Chandresh Mehta, another daughter of the deceased.

2. In view of Sec. 243 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 (for short "IS Act"), where legal heir presents the petition then power of attorney of the absent heir is not entitled to present the petition.

3. Hence, the petitioner to take steps according to law.
