Heard Mr. Shah, learned Advocate for Petitioners. 3.

Mr. Shah informs the Court that clause No.4 of order dated 01.07.2025 stands fully complied with. The only aspect of noncompliance been the consent of Ranjit for compliance as stated in order dated 03.09.2025.

Mr. Shah would inform the Court that Mr. Ranjit is the legatee under the Will of deceased and he has issued a receipt dated 09.09.2025, original of which is with Mr. Shah. He informs the Court that Mr. Ranjit is presently in Canada and unable to come to India. He would submit that the same shall be submitted to the Department, if directed.

I have perused the record. Submission of original receipt by Mr. Ranjit being legatee of Will for the amount of Rs.30,000/- under Will of his grandmother shall be adequate compliance of objection as stated in order dated 03.09.2025. The original receipt be submitted in the present proceedings. Department shall accept the same as compliance. The Petition be proceeded further in accordance with law. 6.

Praecipe is allowed and disposed.
