TP/2736/2025 (E-filing) Mr. R. T. Kharwar, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Shalini Rakesh Amarnani being niece of deceased. Deceased namely Jayrdam Agnani died intestate at Mumbai on 07.08.1997. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 23.08.2024 since identification proof of deceased is not available. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of deceased since deceased the deceased. One brother of deceased namely Harilal died on 15.10.2021 leaving behind one daughter. Deceased died issue-less. Deceased was survived by one niece who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 18.07.2025 is filed. As petitioner is sole surviving legal heir of the deceased before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
