1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Narendra Damji Savla, who is Son of the both deceased. Deceased No. (1) namely Damji Umershi, said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 05.12.1997. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1". Deceased No. (2) namely Nirmala alias Hirmala Damji Savla, said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 25.06.2011. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "B". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "B-1".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Both the deceased was survived by one son and three daughters. Out of them son is petitioner and all three daughters have given their consents. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 15.07.2025 and Administration Bond dated 07.08.2025 are filed separately through e-filing. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed. COMPANY REGISTRAR / TESTAMENTARY REGISTRAR 09.09.2025
